I did not think I would actually get benefits. I had heard a lot of horror stories from other vets about how difficult the VA was. I thought it was worth a shot and I kept seeing Berry Law's name come up time and time again. My wife convinced me to reach out and I'm so thankful I did. Debra and her team were amazing. They kept me informed the whole time. I could not be happier with the results. I got more than I was expecting.
Once Rachel received my case, she informed me the steps that would be involved and the parties that would be involved. She let me know that if she needed any other information from me and my wife that she would contact us, she was always very thorough in her explanations, and in the information we received from her. If I ever have any other case like this, I would definitely contact Barry law and as for Rachel.
I appreciate Jamie for all her hard work. She got me my TDIU at 100% permanent and total I appreciate the hard work of her team as well. They were a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed in every part of the way they show kindness and compassion towards me. I appreciate everything. I recommend Jamie and her team to anyone.
Rachel was a great attorney for me. She was always able to work around my schedule to communicate via phone. She was also quick to respond to any of my emails about my case. Attentive all around. I Highly recommend Rachel Collins to work with.
She is VERY GOOD at what she does. She has an excellent assistant, Tuesday. They work great together! I now see why she does this kind of work, she's fit for it. God put her here to help Vets and that is EXACTLY what she did for me and MANY others like me! God bless her and her team. I will DEF recommend her to ALL and ANY vet I meet that needs this kind of help.
I want to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Montana Crow and the entire team at Berry Law for their outstanding support and dedication in assisting me with my VA disability claims. Their professionalism, knowledge, and commitment throughout the process made a meaningful difference and ultimately helped me reach a 100% disability rating. Their work is truly a great service to veterans. Navigating the VA claims process can be overwhelming, but their guidance and attention to detail provided confidence every step of the way. Because of their efforts, veterans like me were able to receive the benefits we have earned through our service. I wish Berry Law and all their staff the very best as they continue supporting and advocating for veterans across the country.
My lawyer, David Hoeser gets results, has a good grasp of the laws governing Veterans benefits and communicates well. I worked with this group for 7 years and even when we were turned down they didn’t back down but filed appeal after appeal until we won. I highly recommend this lawyer and the Berry Law Firm.

Working with Natalie Gipson and other staff members at the Berry Law firm has been an outstanding experience. She maintained regular communication with me at every step of the way. In addition, Natalie took time to address my questions and explained the VA process in a way that made sense. I highly recommend her to all veterans.

Hired Law Firm
Berry Law Firm provided exceptional support with my VA disability claim from start to finish. They made a complicated and frustrating process feel manageable by clearly explaining every step and setting realistic expectations. What stood out most was their communication. Natalie Gipson always listened carefully to my input, took my concerns seriously, and incorporated my personal experiences into the strategy for my case. Any time I had a question or needed clarification, she responded in a timely manner and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Natalie's updates were consistent and easy to understand, and I always knew where my claim stood. I felt like a partner in the process rather than just another file. Because of her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care, I was able to secure a much better outcome on my VA disability claim than I ever could have achieved on my own. I highly recommend Berry Law Firm to any veteran seeking help with VA disability claims,

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
