Thank you from the bottom of my heart Samantha. The process of picking a lawyer was stressful but working with Samantha has been truly wonderful. She is smart, kind, efficient and effective. There is no other person I would want on my team. I am thankful I chose Samantha Robb to represent me and deeply grateful for all her hard work on my case. I could not have won my case without her. She is the best.
I highly recommend Berry Law. They were organized, straightforward, and proactive throughout my case. The firm did an excellent job managing records, coordinating documentation, and keeping the process moving forward without unnecessary delays. What stood out most was their communication and attention to detail. I always knew where things stood and what the next steps were. The final settlement reflected their strong negotiation skills and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome. Berry Law is a firm you can trust.
We were assigned Talor Loy as our contact person from Berry Law and were treated as her only contact which we know was not the truth. She was knowledgeable and very personable. She responded in a timely manner and with the facts. Would recommend her highly.
I worked with lawyer Evan Stein on a personal injury case for an incident that occurred while traveling through Nebraska. Having no connections to Nebraska, I relied on Google to find Berry Law. The firm took on my case within a day of calling, and the handling of documentation was seamless. Evan was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. When it came to negotiating, he got a settlement that I think we were both happy with. I lucked out working with Evan and would highly recommend him and Berry Law to anyone looking for a lawyer.
I can’t say enough about Montana Crow and the way she advocates for veterans. She is tenacious, knowledgeable, and truly cares about getting the right outcome — not just a quick one. The VA process can be frustrating and overwhelming, but Montana cuts through the noise. She understands exactly what is needed and pushes hard to make sure your case is taken seriously and fully supported. If you want someone in your corner who will fight for you and not let things fall through the cracks, Montana is the person you want representing you.
It was a pleasure working with Rachel and I’m glad that I had her as my attorney. She was really responsive with my emails and explain everything thoroughly and what I needed to do. Honestly just amazing service.
Montana provided exceptional representation throughout my VA disability appeal. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and relentless in advocating for my case. With her help, we were able to successfully secure a 100% service-connected rating after many years of navigating the system. While the financial outcome is important for my family, the greatest value is the sense of vindication that comes from having service-connected conditions properly recognized. I’m very grateful for her professionalism and dedication and would highly recommend her to any veteran pursuing VA benefits.
Sarah Hardy was a thorough, knowledgeable and transparent lawyer who carefully guided me through the VA maze of obstacles, challenges and ceaseless hurdles that made me question even trying to increase my rating from 90% to 100%, but in a non-stop way - she succeeded! I only have praise, thanks and eternal gratitude for the remaining years of my life. THANK YOU BERRY LAW…….. THANK YOU SARAH!
Montana Crow and her team help navigate the VA bureaucracy to get my claim resolved in my favor. With their help, I requested a review of my rating from 2015 which I thought was too low. After two higher level reviews, an appeal to the board of veterans appeals, and persistency with clerks at the regional office who alleged the wrong form was being used and kept closing my case (incorrectly), her team were finally able to get me the rating I deserved. Thanks for keeping up the fight!
Jason was a great pleasure to have on my side. His knowledge and professionalism is the standard that I believe the entire field should seek to match. Jason was always very generous with his time and was able to satisfy any questions or requests that I had, within a very reasonable amount of time.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.

Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
