The Thompson Law Office is a Lexington boutique, family run firm with experience in family, criminal, and personal injury law. The office started as a solo practice run by Eddy Thompson in 2007. In 2011, Eddy joined forces with his fellow attorney, and sister, Dori Thompson. Together they cover numerous areas of legal practice in Fayette County and surrounding areas including Madison, Jessamine, Woodford, Scott, Franklin and Clark. The firm also handles other geographical locations upon request.

Hired Attorney Edward Michael Thompson

Eddy Thompson was the very first person and the only person whom I thought of when I needed a lawyer to defend a family member. I do not trust just anyone to defend my family. Eddy Thompson and his staff I trust with all I got. I highly recommend them. I have in the past and will continue to do so. Not only are Eddy and Dori outstanding lawyers, they are very compassionate people. They represent their clients as if they were representing their own family. Anytime I had a question, they answered it immediately. Thompson Law Office went above and beyond to help me and my family and with great results I might add, and for that I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Mr. Thompson and his staff were very professional. Eddie and I clicked from day one and he kept it real 100% and was precise and to the point. Amanda kept me in the loop through every step of the process and made things very easy. I love Eddie's aggressive approach and he had my back in dealing with a difficult ex wife and her difficult attorney. My first referral retained him and I highly recommend them for your legal needs.

I was referred to Dori and Eddy Thompson by another attorney, and I couldn't be happier that I followed through with the recommendation. I challenge anyone to find a more knowledgable, diligent, and sincere group of individuals than the ones at Thompson Law Office. Eddy, and Amanda are the BEST people to have representing you in a divorce with children. They are efficient and straight to the point! They have helped me tremendously, and I would highly recommend them if you are ever in a situation where you feel concerned with navigating the legal system for the wellbeing of your children and yourself. They will work hard for you, and "separate the chaff from the wheat" as to what REALLY matters in your case. Thank you again Eddy and Amanda!

I was assured by other attorneys, as well as Mr. Thompson's recent clients that he was the lawyer that I needed. All of these people were correct. Eddy is precise and to the point in his communication, which was both clear and helpful. He is no nonsense. We needed an attorney that was there to prove our case, not to hold our hand. He did just that. His research, skill, and opinions helped to get us through a most terrible ordeal. Thanks to Eddy and the team justice was achieved and we were vindicated.

He was the worst. I felt he worked for the opposing side - who is a friend of his family's. He took the money and left me with No lawyer. Is there a way to give zero stars?
