Working with Eugenia was a good experience. She helped me navigate my divorce and ultimately I got a good settlement at mediation. When i got frustrated she would talk me down and make sure that my divorce remained amicable. Would highly recommend.
Eugenia worked with me on my child support modification case. She was very knowledgeable of the law. Her and her team are very responsive and within a timely manner. I recommend using her and definitely would use her again.
She seems like a nice person but not what I expected as an experienced attorney. We did not communicate much at all maybe a couple of times on the phone and a couple of times in person in the span of over a year. Most communication was via email (98%). On numerous occasions (at least 4) I had to reforward emails weeks later that she missed. She always seemed very unprepared when we got to court. And the bill never matched the outcome of the work that was put in. I would not recommend her unless you are open to doing a lot of the work on your own but spending $350 per hour on her and eventually spending over $15k and have nothing to show for it. I was very disappointed as she seems like a nice person but not the best attorney during the time she was appointed to my case. Maybe she had too many cases or personal reasons why she did not seem invested in my case but I was extremely disappointed in the service that I received. My next attorney was much better.
