President and lead counsel for the Law Offices of Shawn B. Hamp, P.C. (An Arizona Professional Corporation), Mr. Hamp has practiced for over 19 years with an emphasis in criminal law. He has handled thousands of criminal cases and has represented hundreds of clients in the criminal justice system.

Mr. Hamp is an experienced trial attorney having been lead counsel in over fifty criminal jury trials. As private defense counsel, a majority of Mr. Hamp's cases resulted in total acquittals at trial. A vast majority of all cases resulted in dismissed counts, acquittals, or convictions on lesser included offenses.

As a former prosecutor, Shawn Hamp handled all types of criminal cases including, DUI/DWI, Drug, and Homicide cases. He brings his experience and dedication to serve those individuals in Northern Arizona accused of committing serious crimes.

I was fortunate enough to hire the law firm of Shawn B. Hamp to help me with a traffic violation- driving with a suspended license. I was looking at a substantial fine, probation and even the possibility of jail time. I was terrified as I hold a professional license in health care and this would not be good on my record, and possibly hinder my employment options and license renewal. Troy Anderson was my attorney - 5 stars for this man! My case was dismissed. I highly recommend Troy and this firm

Hired Attorney Mr. Shawn Hamp

I contacted Attorney Shawn Hamp regarding a ticket my grandson received. He was very responsive and took the time to go over the situation and answer all my questions. My grandson was scheduled to leave town to Florida and I was concerned about him not being able to attend a court hearing. Mr. Hamp assured me not to worry about anything, that he would file a motion to represent my grandson and he would not even have to appear in court. I would highly recommend him and his services.

Hired Attorney Mr. Shawn Hamp

Mr Hamp was hired by my son for a criminal matter Mr Hamp obtained a private investigator and forensics expert at state court ordered expense. The previous public defender never asked for any of this. My son was facing 100 to 240 years on 10 felony counts. Mr Hamp was able to plea bargain the case down to 5 years, with no probation afterwards. Unfortunately my son felt he could beat the whole case and un wisely denied the plea deal. Mr Hamp had to put up with my son. He was a hard case to handle
