About The Hamp Law Offices, LLC

President and lead counsel for the Law Offices of Shawn B. Hamp, P.C. (An Arizona Professional Corporation), Mr. Hamp has practiced for over 19 years with an emphasis in criminal law. He has handled thousands of criminal cases and has represented hundreds of clients in the criminal justice system.

Mr. Hamp is an experienced trial attorney having been lead counsel in over fifty criminal jury trials. As private defense counsel, a majority of Mr. Hamp's cases resulted in total acquittals at trial. A vast majority of all cases resulted in dismissed counts, acquittals, or convictions on lesser included offenses.

As a former prosecutor, Shawn Hamp handled all types of criminal cases including, DUI/DWI, Drug, and Homicide cases. He brings his experience and dedication to serve those individuals in Northern Arizona accused of committing serious crimes.

Mr. Shawn Hamp and his team were very helpful in representing me on my criminal traffic violation while on vacation in Arizona. I got a DUI and was arrested for the first time. I had a lot of anxiety and questions. Shawn returned my call with in hours and answered all my questions. He gave me hope for my case. The attorney assigned to my case did a great job. He helped me avoid jail time!

We live in Nebraska and our son got in some trouble on spring break in Arizona. Shawn and his team were able to handle our situation without us having to return to Arizona. They kept us in the loop and even reached out to us personally to let us know what was going on. We got the best results we could given the situation. Thank you for being so helpful and handling our sons case in such a professional manner. If we are ever in Arizona and find ourselves in trouble, we know who to call!

I am a tucker who used a personal conveyance and got a ticket for it at the I15 northbound AZ/UT port of entry. Talked to Shawn Hamp and he accepted my case. The prosecutor dismissed it and said I was in the right. (I knew I wasn't guilty.) Hamp and his team of attorneys knew there was a vagueness in the law about personal conveyance. I'm happy with their service because the case was a misdemeanor charge and it was dropped. Thanks!
