The case took awhile then was done. Had text, phone, and emails to stay in touch. There was miner issues that was taken care of fast, and easy.
Would have like more face to face contact. Asked for detail billing many times, did not receive. We want to know what our fee was used for, item by item. Other than that, very professional and always in contact by emails.

My encounter with Tax Smith for tax assistance was nothing short of disappointing. From start to finish, their performance fell far below expectations, leaving me dissatisfied and disheartened. To begin with, their pace of work was exasperatingly slow. Simple inquiries and updates took an eternity to be addressed, leaving me in a perpetual state of uncertainty regarding my tax matters. It felt as though I was constantly chasing after them for progress updates, with little to no response forthcoming. Moreover, the support and guidance provided by Tax Smith were sorely lacking in both depth and effectiveness. Their advice felt generic and lacked the insight and expertise I had anticipated from a reputable firm. It seemed as though they were simply going through the motions, rather than offering tailored solutions to address my specific tax concerns. I went to Taxsmith because I owed a huge sum of money to the IRS, mostly in taxes and penalties, and my credit was awful. After 10 months (at one point they literally forgot about me) and $4,000 I was put in a ''non collectable'' status which means I STILL owe a HUGE sum of money to the IRS, interests and penalties are piling on at an alarming rate, and my credit is still in the toilet. WHATEVER this company ''promises'' you get it in writing, their words mean nothing.
Beware!!! great sales woman tells you amazing things to get you to sign up, then terrible communication after that, no explaination of what is going on, staff refusing to let me talk to Angie again, when the completed contact her company sent me is completely different then the IRS, her office tells me to deal with it so all she did was stop tax liens then get me a plan that she claimed was the agreement, but when IRS sent the plan it has as 100% different. Had to hire a new lawyer.
Services promised and paid for were not rendered. After repeated, failed promises to follow through with an IRS matter, I realized that this firm was not going to do the work. Apparently, the tax resolution services they claim to offer are a scam. Don't waste your money!
