TaxSmith was recommended to me by a dearly trusted business associate after several failed attemps with different Cpa's did not address the issues I had with multiple unfiled tax papers, & I was stressed to my limit. Early on 2 people I was not ok working with however after bringing it up; it got resolved, & I connected with 2 lovely young ladies in particular that helped me navigate the confronting paperwork in order to resolve my problems. All of my work was handled through emails,text & phone calls! They were personable, respectful & helped me stay on task.(Probably my biggest frustration was to remember our time differences & holiday schedules in order to get my questions/materials in on time...simply because I was not in a corporate enviroment). I am older with some health issues, so papers that needed signing had to be enabled so I can print them to read,as too much screentime hurts my eyes.They were responsive & when I was ill, kind...but especially when I lost Scout, my dog.

I’ve now used TaxSmith twice so using them a second time is reference in itself. My only issue is I first spoke with one of the tax folks and sent her all the information requested. Without being advised, I started receiving emails from a different person. It all worked out, but that could have been cleaned up with better communication. Hopefully I won’t have to utilize them again, but should the need arise, I wouldn’t hesitate.

Working with TaxSmith was very satisfying. They explained everything in detail that they were going to do and quickly took care of it. I was very happy with the results and glad I wasn't going to have to worry about it anymore. I would recommend their services highly to anyone that needs their type of help. Thank you so very much.

This team is great to work with. No matter who I got on the phone they answered my questions very professionally. They are easy to work with and do what they say they are going to do!

In the end I did not win my case or get any tax relief. I assume I could have negotiated the payment plan on my own, but would have second guessed myself! I would not have been comfortable submitting my plea, getting all my financials in order, representing myself, and exhausting all other possibilities without TAXSMITH… so it was a fee worth the attempt to lower or try to get some tax relief!!

Good company , good lawyer , good communication however I didn’t win my case I feel we could do more to made my case less money that I have to return which it was not my fault , I feel this case I could win if this guy it was in prison it was going to be a good example to all that people have pass through fraud by the tax collector, but it’s ok I feel IRS never losses they always win when is about money. This tax collector should be In prison for what he did to me people like him Should not be out there “doing people taxes” because we pay the consequences . That’s my point of view
