Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

How long it will take to bring my wife from Bulagria?

Answered by attorney William D. Fong (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Fong Ilagan
As a permanent resident, your spouse is a second preference visa classification (FB-2A) and that is backlogged approximately four years. You can check the US Department of State website and check the visa bulletin, which is published monthly. It will list the current priority dates for that preference classification. There is no process to expedite the visa availability or issuance.

Can I adjust my status to green card here or is the rule is only for marrying a citizen?

Answered by attorney Bruce A. Coane (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Coane & Associates, PLLC
Marriage to green card holder falls under a quota, so no immediate adjustment for anyone. And, if you are out of status, no adjustment even when quota is current. And, if you leave for visa interview, you will be subject to the 10 year bar. The best is to wait until your spouse is a US citizen, then file for adjustment.
