It does not matter where you get married. Important is if your fiance does not have status in Greece, the US consulate will not entertain the visa.

Not at all. Your marital status has nothing to do with your ability to file petition for your parents.

What can I do if my visa is cancelled due to misrepresentation?

This is becoming a very frequent problem, that is, pregnant women with a visa, who are being turned away at the port of entry. I am seeing more and more of these cases. The starting point in dealing with a cancelled visa is to apply for a new visa. There is also always the option of litigating against the government to dispute what they've done.
