No, you cannot file for your wife's relatives. They will have to wait for her to become a citizen and file the petitions.

Can I get sponsored by my job after they found out I have a bad social?

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
Whether your employer will sponsor you is up to it. Doing so would be an acknowledgment that it knows that you are not a permanent resident or US citizen. It may feel an obligation to you for your almost 13 years with the company, but it may also be reluctant if you did not previously inform them of your true status or because of the possibility of immigration fines. Due to the limitations of the Lawyers.com Forums, Alan Lee, Esq.'s (the "Firm") participation in responding to questions posted herein does not constitute legal advice, nor legal representation of the person or entity posting a question. No. If you are a permanent resident already there is no status to adjust. You can become a citizen after five years as a permanent resident.
