About David Neil Reinherz

David N. Reinherz, Esq. is a Pennsylvania and New Jersey attorney with nearly 30 years of experience helping people through two of life's most difficult transitions: bankruptcy and divorce. Licensed in both states since 1998, he operates three offices serving the Philadelphia and South Jersey region — Philadelphia, Turnersville NJ, and Rio Grande/Cape May County NJ.

Reinherz Law is a second-generation firm built around a single mission: providing good people in difficult situations with honest, affordable, and responsive legal representation. David's practice concentrates on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, no-fault and contested divorce, divorce mediation, and related real estate matters. He holds certifications in divorce mediation and life coaching in addition to his law licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

David also holds a New Jersey real estate license and has personally bought, managed, and sold more than 50 properties over his career. That hands-on investing experience — combined with nearly 30 years of client work at the intersection of bankruptcy, divorce, and property — gives clients a practitioner who understands the financial and real estate dimensions of their situation, not just the legal filing.

After nearly 30 years and thousands of client cases, David has seen firsthand what it takes to rebuild after bankruptcy, divorce, and financial hardship. David earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College (1995) and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law (1998).

Hired Attorney

Dave was always available when I called. If he was not there he returned my call shortly.I felt like he prepared me well for the proceeding and answered all of my questions. He also made me feel better because I was having a lot of anxiety over having to file for bankruptcy
