How can I have my fiancee come to the US while I am in the hospital?

Answered by attorney Solomon O. Kanu
Immigration lawyer at Kanu Associates, P.C.
File the form I-129 for fiance, have her go through the process and she will be in. You have to show that you both have met in person within the last two years.

Is this marriage fraud and will I be deported?

Answered by attorney Richard Stephan Kolomejec (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Richard S. Kolomejec
You should be fine. You can file for a green card without having to go back. I don't see the fraud as long as you can to visit and then decided to stay. You should be prepared by an attorney for your interview. That is very important.

I485 form

Answered by attorney Stephen Arnold Black
Immigration lawyer at The Law Office of Stephen A. Black
If you are a United States citizen over the age of 21 and you are sponsoring your mother for a green card through adjustment of status, she should remain in the United States. If she leaves the country, her 485 will be considered abandoned, and she will have to start over again.
