Is shoplifting a significant misdeamenor for inmigration ?

This could be a significant misdemeanor which would make you ineligible for the DREAM Act deferred action. You should consult with a good immigration lawyer and make sure to bring the court dispositions to the meeting so they can review it.   Karen Weinstock Siskind Susser P.C.

When can I become a citizen and what is "rollback"?

Answered by attorney Michael Alexander Yurasov-Lichtenberg (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Havens Lichtenberg PLLC
Yes, the date on your green card is already "rolled back". "Rollback" is a 1-year credit towards the 5-year permanent residence requirement for naturalization. You had to wait a year after receiving asylum before you could file for a green card; this year is "credited" to you for naturalization purposes. You can file for citizenship on 11/24/2014.
