How can I get citizenship for my wife?

Answered by attorney Isaul Verdin (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Verdin Law
You can either petition for her as a fiancee. This process takes about 6 to 9 months. Or, you can go over to Morroco and get married, and subsequently file for her residency. That process takes about one year, but she'll enter as a permanent resident. Consult with an immigration lawyer for the details. Best of luck.

Will the annotation on my original visa will turn up?

Immigration lawyer at Stoller & Moreno, P.A.
Looks like you will be fine. The annotation indicated no extension of status and it looks like you changes status. My experience has been that no one who is supposed to pay attention to the annotations ever does. So I do not think that you will have any trouble and I see no legal impediment raised as a result of the concern you have shared. Good luck.

Yes, if certain conditions are met: like if she became your step mother prior to your 18th birthday, etc. Consult with an attorney.
