If you were living with and physically abused by your spouse, who has a permanent green card, you may be eligible to file a I-360 self-petition as the abused spouse of a lawful permanent resident.

How long it would take for me to legalize my wife and what would the cost be?

If you filed an I-130 visa petition for your wife, that should have been approved within 6 months. If she entered the US without inspection, she cannot adjust in the US and must go home for an immigrant visa. When she can reenter the US will depend on many factors and that is probably why she is still waiting.

Are you a US citizen? You can still sponsor him but you will need a joint financial sponsor to meet the income thresholds and the new I 944 form will need to be completed to determine if he is financially self sufficient.
