Hello. Unfortunately, the last action on your case is the change of status as of the dates on the new i-94 from the new h1b. In order to return to L1 status, you MUST leave the US and re-enter with the new visa. OR, you may need to file a new change from the H1b back to the L1.

For your marriage to your US Citizen spouse to be valid, your previous marriage must have already been legally terminated before the date of your marriage to your US Citizen spouse. USCIS will not consider your marriage to your US Citizen spouse to be a valid basis of the Form I-130 petition if it was contracted at a time when you were still married to your previous spouse.

Yes she is an immediate relative and you can do a one-stop procedure for her. She will need to remain in the U.S. until she gets her travel permit though.
