If I can save one person its worth it. Do not hire a lawyer that you have not meet in person. This firm does not care about there clients/woman. I don't even know how im still surving after I got screwed over by this firm. Switching lawyers at the beginning PAID TRIPLE just to get nothing. My lawyer didn't even finish the job, sent me to someone else. Do not call this firm for anything. They do not care. Only want your money.
We were extremely taken back by how unprofessionalism and true rudeness of the attorney we paid for a consult for He treated us very disrespectfully during our paid 1 hr consult. First, we paid for 1 hr and the Attorney ended the call abruptly after 27 min 50 sec. Michael was incredibly rude and continued to cut us off as we were trying to provide details. Instead of professionalism we received an attorney who seemed annoyed, distracted and 100% not compassionate or caring as the website describes. I will be sure to spread the word to my large community of associates in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry, and my husband connections with Ford Auto Group that no one should expect decent or fair communication with this firm. I am baffled by the rudeness and disrespect shown to us. We were interrupted and shouted at, completely unprofessional and very disrespectful. I cannot stress enough, if you are looking for good or even okay representation, STAY AWAY FROM Tully

After my second deployment to Afghanistan I was fired from my government job, since it was not "compatible" with being in the military. The law seemed pretty clear and I was told in writing, so not hard to prove. Mr. Allen Shoikhetbrod said he could handle the case. Mr. Allen Shoikhetbrod first needed some money in advance, and then some, and then some etc. I said this was all my money but if I did not pay the case would stop. So I had no choice but to keep paying. Nearly destitute I told him he needed to win that money back too. I essentially paid him ALL my deployment money leaving me broke. He then won the case but I was only awarded a few thousand dollars since I had not been there long, The money was but a fraction of what he was paid and now it seemed he could not recover that money despite being told the opposite. I hope Mr. Allen Shoikhetbrod sees this and remembers how he screwed a vet for every dime.
Any one who uses Tully Rinckey should be aware that they are thieves!!! My attorney was great but has left the law firm since my case ended in mid March 2020. I had money leftover from my prepaid services and Tully Rinckey not only refused to return my leftover money they are trying to charge me more money. I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone.
Bad attorney, does not care about you as a paying client. Heather's firm, Tully Rinckey, actively advertises that they help veterans with various issues. Turned out they are simply using veterans to make money. I hired Heather to help me with a case. As the trial neared, she told me that she was not going to handle the case, she passed it off to a different attorney I never met, I don't think she even told me the name of the attorney. She claimed that she was saving me money. At that point I didn't have much choice, I already gave them thousands of dollars. The opposing party admitted guilt, Heather and her Colleague from Tully Rinckey still lost the case. After the case was over, I called and emailed Heather several times trying to understand how they lost the case, but she wouldn't even answer my question. She just kept saying that I was being emotional. I had to contact her senior partner just to get an answer. And even then, they were being elusive and contradicting
TERRIBLE- DISTASTEFULL EXPERIENCE! DROPPED THE BALL COMPLETELY! LEFT US SCRAMBLING ON OUR OWN! CONFERRED WITH ONE ANOTHER, AT THE WATER COOLER? ASKED 'US' WHAT "WE" WANTED TO DO? NO INTEREST AFTER SECURING A FAT RETAINER! WHEN PRESSED, GAVE EXCUSES. IF A CONTRACTOR WAS TO PUT A ROOF ON AND DIDN'T DO IT, YOU COULD TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK! NY BAR, BBB & ATTORNEY GENERAL WERE NO HELP AT ALL. The system is broken. Run Away, Sarcasm is left.
After my second deployment to Afghanistan I was fired from my government job, since it was not "compatible" with being in the military. So I had no choice but to keep paying. Nearly destitute he "won" the case but was only awarded a couple of grand with him talking nearly all my deployment money.
These guys are all about the money. They did not do what was promised and only gave me a 1/2 hour counsel and still charged me for an hour and then never got back to me. Please do not use this law firm if you are a Military Veteran.
The law firm takes the case, interviews you regarding your problem. Then, you are not informed of what they actually do. My case went through 4 attorneys, got transferred to their D.C. office (with Steve Herrick), then recently back to NY State. My case was to register a complaint with the EEOC. Now, my retainer is drained and nothing has been done.
