David and his team are amazing! A private student loan servicer filed suit, and my resultant crushing anxiety was put at ease when I found David and his team. David is genuine and easy to speak with, which made me feel more confident about the case and it’s outcome. The Fernandez Office clearly communicated the court process and expectations. His dedication to the case resulted in a dismissal by the plaintiff! Before the pandemic, I found out someone was trying to find me to serve me papers. I no longer lived in the Houston area, but after some searching, I decided Esq. Fernandez' office would be the only people whi should represent me. My situation was slightly different. A few years back, my identity was stolen and bills were racked up without my knowledge. The case he helped me with was a suit from Conns. He won my case, but that wasn't all. His office also repaired my credit and put me in a much better position to get new loans on my house and on a new vehicle.
