My experience working with the law office of Mr David Fernandez has been a pleasant one. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me regarding the collection suit in detail. Mr Fernandez got my lawsuit dismissed and actually called me with the awesome news himself which I can’t say about some law offices. I’ve always spoke with the paralegal or other staff. I’m so very grateful!

Very friendly and professional law office. I was very nervous about contacting a lawyer, but they made the process easy and were very reassuring, friendly and professional. The paralegal John was very professional and I appreciated his professionalism and quick responses to my questions. Oh and they won my case!

Hired Attorney David A. Fernandez

Contacted them thru a letter I received in the mail...although I received several David A. Fernandez stuck out. Call them to help with a creditor lawsuit. They Explained the whole process honestly and realistically. They were able to get my case dismissed which was a relief to me. I would recommend to all my family, friends and any and every one that needs a recommendation.

When you receive a letter in the mail saying there has been a case filed against you, it provides you with a ton of anxiety. In addition, you start getting attorney ads as well. And you're unsure what direction to go, but after talking with Mr. David Fernandez over the telephone, I felt better and decided to hire him and his associates. After many months, I received great news from his office. My case was dismissed AKA No Judgement and for this I am forever grateful. Mr. Fernandez and his team lifted weight off of me and I am at peace thanks to them.

Hired Attorney David A. Fernandez

I’m not sure exactly what happened but I got a letter from the credit card company telling me that they were dropping the lawsuit. The next day I get a message from the firm that my case had been rescheduled. I called them and told them about the letter and that I had called the clerk and there was no case pending for me anymore. After a few days they got back to me letting me know that it had been taken care of. To be honest I’m not sure if anything was done through their office or my case was just dismissed. I paid them to be told that the credit card company could come back after me again which will be the 3rd time. The office staff was very nice but the multiple attorneys I spoke with were always short with me. If you need a quick fix then they might be the best option for you.
