I met with Mr. Fernandez from a flyer that came in the mail, he explained everything that needed to be done. He was quick to understand my complicated case, and very patient. Mr. Fernandez put Gabriela on my case and we were so impressed with her knowledge , professionalism and her kindness. She took her time with us as she pursued a wonderful out come. I found David Fernandez online as the result of a google search. After reading several positive reviews I decided to give him a call. His office personnel was very helpful during the entire process. I have now retained him for several civil litigation suits. He has been great to work with and has already been able to get one of my cases dismissed.

My first contact with David was via his mailer that I received after I had been sued by Portfolio Recovery Associates for an unpaid credit card debt. I chose his firm because he had included a listing of the successful outcome of a number of past cases that his firm had won. Portfolio Recovery among them. I contacted David by phone and after an informative discussion of his services, I agreed to retain him as my lawyer. He kept me updated and in the loop until my case was tried and won.
