Today Christmas Eve, Dec 24, I received a call from Davids office informing me that I had another case dismissed. On Initial consultation David will provide what the results could be up front on each case with the promise to perform the best representation to win on each case and his rate. Because of David and his staff, I have had several cases dismissed as high as 15K and only had one case was settled for pennies on the dollar. I would highly recommend him!

Mr. Fernandez was able to secure a dismissal for me in a significant case against me. To only have to pay a small percentage of the amount I owed to have this removed from my record is a huge accomplishment. Mr. Fernandez and his staff were responsive when needed and kept me informed of the progress. They took care of everything without me needing to be involved in any way. I hope to never need his services again, but if I do, it will be an easy call to make to retain him and his team again.

I had reservations at first, because I was told that there wouldn't be any updates on my case for about a year which seemed sketchy, but I did research and couldn't find any red flags so I took a chance. I'm definitely glad I did. I did indeed get an update after about a year, as promised and I got the results I wanted. I am extremely pleased with the results and the work Mr. Fernandez did. I would heartily recommend him for your legal needs!

I was skeptical about reaching out to an attorney for a $20K credit card debt. As you all know attorneys fees are very expensive and you never know what the outcome would be; and nothing is guaranteed in life. I called & spoke with Mr. Fernandez and he seems genuinely kind, sincere and very professional. He was upfront with his fees and what the outcome may be on the case. Mr. Fernandez was very confidence that he would win my case! Sure enough, he indeed win! My $20K debt was dismissed!
