Quick response to inquiry and easy to schedule appointments. I’ve dealt with this company for a few issues, they were very professional for home closing, however my lawyer for my divorce inquiries was quite rude although very matter of fact about my situation. It would have been more helpful if she had been matter of fact but not making me feel stupid for allowing myself to end up in a sticky situation.

The office had issues with communications. It was very hard to get answers to our questions. We had received final documents one night before closing and find there extra $400 charge for negotiations with buyers. No one informed us about problems that had to be addressed and did not ask us do we want to pay for extra negotiations with buyers or not

I had some back and forth communication with one of the paralegals about trying to set up a consultation, but after being offered 2 times I couldn't make work, I never heard anything back. I run a pediatric medical practice and was not willing to cancel children's appointments for a meeting when I have time open on Fridays. I was in a dire situation with my lease that has now escalated to compromising my safety and your firm did not care to help me.

Had an initial consult with Ms. Butler. She spent more than an hour telling me what she couldn't do, and talking down to me like I'm her kid or something. She would ask questions and then talk over me while I tried to answer. She didn't bother looking at the information I had provided to her before the consultation. She rescheduled, then was late to the phone consult, then didn't realize I was on the video link once I was there. She also paused for a bit to handle something her paralegal handed her (while I'm paying $350/hr). At the end of it all, I got pretty much nothing for the consult. The focus remained on the problems, and not on any potential solutions. I came away from it with one word in mind: unprofessional. Now I'm handling my case pro se, and having no problems.

1.5 Stars While the case was finally settled with a satisfactorily outcome, dealing with Ms. Barnes was terrible. Horrible communication. Constant excuses on her part for tasks poorly done and mistakes. Would never hire again. Only reason she gets more than 1 star is because after all the headaches, the case did settle fairly. Avoid!

I would strongly recommend staying away from this company for real estate transactions. They make serious errors, and when those mistakes come to light, they claim they are too busy to correct them. For example, they recorded a deed listing two individuals as a married couple when they are not. This is despite having both clients physically present, notarizing their documents, and copying driver’s licenses that clearly show different last names. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. After the error was identified, it took over three days just to receive a return call—only to be told they couldn’t help and were too busy to address the issue. The response was essentially “sorry about your luck.” The level of service is unacceptable—unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly rude. Having been in the real estate business for 20 years, I’ve never encountered anything like this. Moving forward, I will be directing clients to competent and compassionate closing attorneys.
