Living in South Carolina and selling a building lot in Central Virginia became a small nightmare, when a recorded judgment was discovered dating back to a previous owner. Although the judgment had actually been satisfied through bankruptcy proceedings, it still appeared in court records. To make matters worse, the company that made the original claim was no longer in business. Tucker, Griffin, Barnes, and in particular several associates, worked tirelessly to make the sale and closing a reality. WILL ESTES

They were a tremendous help in the short sale process. We bought at the top of the market and had to sell low and they made sure the whole process went smoothly. I would never go through a situation like again that without them.

We recently went through a short sale process and the effectiveness and efficiency of the Tucker Law Firm was invaluable. This was our first experience in real estate and while at times we felt a little in the dark through the process, we quickly learned that no news is good news as they worked our case. I would absolutely recommend the Tucker Law Firm.

My Wife,Daughter and I used TGB to handle the closing on property in Gordonsville. We could not have been more impressed with the service that we received from this company.. We live in New Jersey and everything was handled by TGB via phone and email. Jenny Faulknier was the person assigned to handle the whole process and she was GREAT everything went smoothly and in a very timely manor. I would like to thank Jenny and TGB for the great job they did and will use them in the future.

These folks went way above/beyond expectations! Based on their experience dealing with people who were faced with life changing injuries that were devastating, our lawyer (Y Griffin) & her paralegal(E Goven)helped us begin to deal with the emotional pain from multiple severe physical injuries that required 13 surgeries plus the death of our mother from the same accident. They were very understanding & supportive as well as helpful! I did not expect this from a lawyer!
