I was just facing serious charges for a dui with my child in the car .. I had my preliminary hearing today and Katy was aggressive with a touch of compassion and knowledge with that perfect combination and the way she fought for me until the very end of the hearing lead to the results of CASE DISMISSED at the preliminary!! I am so unbelievably greatful for these amazing women and this amazing law firm i will never forget these ladies or this lawfirm for saving me believing I me and having my back . Kristin Messner-Baker and her assistant were very professional and caring. Ms. Baker fought for me and walked me thru the whole process which allowed me to keep my license and avoid a large fine. In my eyes she is considered family to me now.

Amanda Jones representedme on a case a couple weeks ago. Amanda is amazing she got me what I wanted and even better than I wanted. My wife and I are so happy. Amanda is nic easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to but one of best things I noticed about Amanda is she listened to me and my wife and heard what we were saying. They really are the premier law firm in central Pennsylvania & I can say this with the utmost confidence because I have consulted & had dealings with most of the so called best. The firm's retainer fees are below most in the area. Shawn seems to be a compassionate reliable lawyer for them. The paralegal I dealt with was a bit gruff and full of opinion. I didn't enjoy her unprofessional manner. Any document filing seemed to take forever.

Was falsely accused of a crime I contacted the McShane Firm to represent me during the police investigation. I was told they would come with me to the police station and speak on my behalf prior to signing a contract as soon as I signed the contract that turned into a phone call that phone call was never scheduled and every time I called the lawyer assigned to me was too busy to speak I ended up doing the interview alone and was cleared of all charges however I paid 1500 dollars for absolutely nothing and when I called to get insight on what I was charged for the person I spoke to flat out lied to me about what they had done along with dates not knowing I had the information already and when I called them out on it she was extremely rude and attempted to speak over me multiple times. I will never use this firm again nor would I recommend anyone use them for anything.

After receiving the initial payment they never returned any of my phone calls ,got my hearing pushed back another month without consulting me and then showed up 5 minutes before the hearing to talk me into waiving the hearing and then change the original fee agreement and ask for $4,500 more to represent me any further I could have done better with a public defender

Eorst.law firm you could imagine. Take a.public.defender over.these guys read my review on other platforms. These guys do not give 2 sh*ts about their clients. It Should be called Mcshame firm in my opinion. The let The DA office Bend them over and litterly just take it.
