Ross & Matthews, P.C. is a law firm established in 1990 with an office in Fort Worth, TX. At this office location, there are 39 lawyers practicing business law, corporate law, taxation and 13 other areas of law.
Product seemed to be a good service as I paid for over two years of prepaid legal services. I needed to file a claim for total loss of my vehicle that company dragged the process out for a period that we ended up loosing most of the settlement to the towing service. When we called for help lawyer told us to call supervisory.
I was assigned this attorney who completely dismissed my situation and made me feel like my pain didn’t matter. I reached out for legal aid after a hairstylist damaged my hair and publicly posted a photo of me and my phone number publicly without my consent. I had already sent a cease and desist and needed support on what to do next. Instead, the attorney spent the entire call defending the other party. He told me the judge would likely side with someone “less sensitive” and minimized everything I said, even after I explained that the situation was emotional for me and affected my mental health.I was not heard or respected. I felt like I was talking to someone who wanted to shut my case down, not help me. I ended the call feeling worse than when I started. Attorney should be well-versed in laws, as well as have empathy for clients. This was my first time using this attorney and it left me incredibly disappointed. He also is very hard to understand since he has a very strong stutter.
Lady attorney called me to follow up on my legal issue and it turned out that she was against me as well she took what I told her and turned it on me. I’m in disbelief of how the people of the world are becoming to each other and the ones we look to have our Best interests don’t. The attorneys at Ross and Matthews, PC are no different than the boys in blue it’s sad 😞 and I’m terrified of what’s next we can no longer trust the justice systems in place to govern the human race and rights.
Horrible experience. I had another attorney review my case, documentation, and services provided by Ince. They couldn't believe all the errors, and within 30 min. determined the path I should take. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with Ince, his firm is the true definition of "Practice". Response to owner. My review is 100% real and accurate based on my individual experience with you. Mr. Craig Dickson represented my ex-husband in our divorce proceedings six months ago. I have yet to receive my child support. He failed to list a start date for child support to begin. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! The lawyers and staff are incompetent and do not follow through with the responsibilities of a case. Six months is a bit absurd to not be receiving your allocated child support.
I had hired Sue Browning to represent my son in Kell Renfro in order to obtain exclusive psychiatric rights. It took her a month to obtain a court date. She needed constant repetition and did not seem to understand what was important to present at court. Her "learning experience" cost me $3000. Her lack of planning became my emergency. She came to court late and without a jacket. She had tried to cancel the court date the night before against a pro se because she needed more time.
During our conversation attorney Yeats was rude, abrasive and argumentative. I would tell any person needing tax advice to look elsewhere.
They were excellent and very good communicators. They did a lot of education with me and a letter from them did the trick to resolve the issue in my favor.
