My significant other and I met with Chad Van Horn, Managing Partner of the firm. Chad told and promised us verbally that he personally would handle my case. That was a flat out lie. He did not. Chad had multiple attorneys work on my case with each one of them leaving the firm during the time they handled my case so there was no consistency whatsoever. Not only was there no consistency, but none of the attorneys including Chad Van Horn provided me with a single idea on how best to approach the situation. I can’t speak for any other Van Horn Law Group clients and can only speak for myself………DO NOT HIRE VAN HORN LAW GROUP based on the 100% truthful information provided above.
The Worst Lawyer! Avoid at All Costs! This lawyer was recommended to me through acquaintances 10 years ago when I was desperately seeking help with my case involving protection from domestic violence by my ex-husband. Hiring him was the biggest mistake of my life. Not only did he fail to protect my rights, but his actions caused immense harm that still affects me to this day. I had evidence of abuse, multiple Restraining Orders, and Injunctions proving my ex-husband’s criminal actions. Yet, instead of representing my interests, this lawyer did absolutely nothing to hold my ex-husband accountable. Now, I realize he was bribed and intentionally worked against me rather than supporting me or my child. His actions sent my case down the wrong path from the very beginning, and now, years later, I am facing the possibility of losing my child. This lawyer has never defended his client’s rights; instead, he only made my situation worse. He is completely unethical, harmful, and deceitful.
My experience with this law firm has not been good. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. I hired them to help me with a financial situation before COVID. I thought everything was taken care of and my situation was resolved but now it has resurfaced. I have tried several times to reach out to them and have gotten the run around and several unreturned calls. Please be very cautious if hiring them.
