Van Horn Law Group, P.A. is a law firm established in 2012 with an office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. At this office location, there are 8 lawyers practicing personal bankruptcy, corporate bankruptcy, student loan consolidation and litigation and 13 other areas of law.
Successfully completed Ch 13 plan with the help of Chad and his team and now moving ahead debt free. Shortly after filing the IRS garnished my wages. I notified Chad and within 24 hours the IRS faxed a release to my employer.
About 3 years into the plan, the Trustee saw that I was making more money and wanted to increase my plan payments accordingly. But since any unsecured debts not already in the plan had been stricken during the filing process, my plan payments were not increased.

It is rather comforting to go in the office of Chad Van Horn. His mom greeted me warmly, and put me at ease as I nervously waited to talk to Chad. Money is always an anxiety provoking issue, particularly when you have gotten yourself in the mess that I have. Meeting with Chad went well, and even though I did not decide to file for bankruptcy after the initial meeting I felt better about my situation. My decision had nothing to do with Chad.
