If I had to summarize my experience with Marcy Resnik in one word, it would be: MAGNIFICENT! I have been trying to get divorced for close to five years. I have had terrible experiences with four previous lawyers, many of whom unfortunately were incompetent, had very high egos, and only cared about making money. Marcy was my fifth lawyer and ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ONE. I wish I would have hired her as my first lawyer. She is extremely professional, intelligent, experienced, honest, ethical, caring, well-spoken, respectful, responsive, organized, patient, considerate, and is a great listener. She WILL NOT BE BULLIED AROUND by other sleazy lawyers, and WILL DEFEND AND REPRESENT YOU WITH ALL HER MIGHT, especially at the court hearings and depositions, from Day 1! She will often suggest options which will SHORTEN THE TIME and SAVE YOU MONEY, even if it’s not in her best interest, because she is so HONEST. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone who is going through a divorce.
Marcy guided me through the hardest time of my life. She told me from the beginning “we will get you through this” and she did! No one can believe what Marcy was able to accomplish with my case in comparison to others. I was able to keep my home, I got child support and alimony. My divorce was complicated and extensive.
