He was very familiar and comfortable navigating the court case, was able to provide appropriate legal counsel that helped reduce sentencing during the court case, and has extensive legal experience working within the criminal court. Dave is hands down the best counsel I've ever sought. Period. I have started using other attorneys attempting to divorce years ago and have had to let many go or visa versa, I also had a public defender etc. Dave was the only one who cared enough to put in the effort of even replying to any calls whatsoever during ny probation case. Furthermore, He got things done!

This review is long overdue, however, I wanted to make sure that I left a glowing review for Mr.Seiter as he was fantastic. I hired Mr.Seiter last year (2020) to represent me in a case of false Allegations that my ex-husband made against me. (*As a side note, my ex-husband also left a false "bad" review against Mr.Seiter, after the charges against me were dropped.*) I live in another state, and was concerned about having to spend exorbitant amounts on attorneys, travel, court costs, and that ultimately I might have to serve time in Indiana over all this. Mr. Seiter was receptive, understanding, and professional. He communicated regularly, and answered questions often. He investigated things that I feel others wouldn't have. His rates were fair and within a range I could manage. He was relentless during the deposition and wound up getting my case dismissed. I'm forever grateful!
