  We know how painful family conflicts and breakups can be.  With more than 35 years of experience, we understand your questions and concerns. We are sensitive to your needs and emotions as we work together toward a practical solution to your legal problem.   When you contact us for a consultation, you can be sure that we will do all we can to make your time with us worthwhile. We will attempt to provide you with information intended to help you to understand your legal problem and your options, as well as perspective to help alleviate your stress and/or pain.   Understanding what you are up against -- and realizing that you are not alone -- is the first step to solving the challenge  intelligently and effectively.  I am extremely proud of the strong relationships I have built with my clients since Freedman Law, P.C. was founded (as Freedman & Associates) in 1995.  I am proud that so many return to me to assist with additional challenges, and that so many choose to recommend me to their friends, family and co-workers.  At all times, I attempt to provide service that is personal, trustworthy and caring.  I do my best to personally answer my telephone, and I am often available at times when other law offices are closed.  I use state of the art technology to manage cases and to track and respond to client communications.

Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
