Mr. Tokar did an excellent job for me.He explained in detail areas that I was not covering properly in the agreement I was going to sign. Mr. Tokar answered my calls and did a lot of extra work without increasing the original basic fee. Such an instinct for assuring his client is properly represented. Tom is a GREAT guy! He was the first and only lawyer I came across that would work with payments. While most lawyers I talked to wanted 100% up front. He is very flexible with schedules. I work strict 8-5 job and while most lawyers told me to take a long lunch or call off to come talk to them because they did not work after 5 or weekends Tom works around my schedule even met up with him on a Saturday evening. I am glad we found him. HE should be your first and ONLY choice.
