For more than 29 years, my law firm Thomas Tokar, Attorney at Law has offered professional but cordial service to everyday people making their way through and around life's pitfalls. I am prepared and available to help you with sound counsel in many areas, including:

From the beginning of my career, I have established warm and cordial relationships with my clients, which equipped me to anticipate and head off difficulties for them. (These warm relations are one reason I keep my membership in the Washington State Bar, though I no longer actively practice there.)

Tom Tokar was an extreme help to us during a hard and ugly time. We prayed for guidance during this time and he was our answer. We deeply thank him for his assistance to my brother, his sons and to us during my brother's divorce, death and settlement. We would recommend him to anyone as an attorney and a good human being. I've been using this lawyer since 2018. He is very respectful and has great communication. He was upfront and honest about everything. He is a little pricey (but what lawyer isnt) you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend and I will continue using him in the future!!!

I highly recommend Mr. Tokar. I have been his client for many years dealing with an extremely difficult custody case. Mr. Tokar is extremely knowledgeable, and personable. He doesn’t treat you like your just a case. He truly cares. Anytime I needed him, he has been there for me. He fights for what is right!

Tom is a lawyer that is very compassionate. I had a messy divorce and custody battle and he worked hard for me and my kids. He’s been doing this a while and I would get frustrated over a few setbacks but really just needed to trust the process. It isn’t an overnight fix. But 15 months later, my family is in a great place!

Need a good lawyer, that has compassion and reliable that is understanding and very noble. Not to mention he knows his stuff. He can get the job done. He is not a lawyer that is in it for the money. He will leave you with words of encouragement!

Thomas Tokar is not only a great attorney, but a all around great person he truly understands, genuinely cares and knows the law . He will be blunt and honest but absolutely never without knowing what he is talking about. This is who I always want at my side when fighting a uphill battle. Honesty and integrity is a rare quality anymore and Tom has truckloads! He gives you his undivided attention when you talk or work with him.
