Ben Simes completely dropped the ball on my case, he did not prepare, did not prepare me or my witness, missed deadlines, missed vital details, and when I confronted the issues, I was gaslit by Hess and Jendro who asserted that I was just bitter because I lost the case. The whole experience was incredibly traumatic. I paid for representation, and he did not even fight for me or my child; he literally had no idea what was going on and he blamed it on covid! I consulted with outside attorneys that concur that malpractice occurred, but it wasn't financially lucrative enough for anyone to take on. The "justice" system needs a more accurate label.
