Caitlin was very professional and gave smart legal advice. She also was able to command authority in the courtroom when necessary. She stands up for what’s right, but is able to communicate areas where negotiation needs to happen. Loved her!

During difficult times it's always nice to know that your attorney has your back and is not just hacking the clock the minute they pick up the phone or sit down for a conference. After interviewing many attorneys and finding out they are not all created equal, I found Katie Jendro at the Hess Law Office. Right when I sat down with her to discuss my case and her ability to represent me, I knew I had found a firm that had my best interests in mind. Mr Hess did a phenomenal job representing me against a government organization in a very challenging case. He researched similar cases to mine that were sent to trial by the same organization and presented strong arguments with supporting documents in a very prompt and professional manner. He also partnered with a fellow attorney that had a history with a portion of my case, and who was a great source for providing further explanation towards are argument.
