Hired Attorney David Fahrenkamp

After over a year of his representation I was billed $3+k and he still did not accomplish the child support modification I sought his assistance to complete. He over charged me and padded his billing on numerous occasions. I ended up reaching an agreement with my ex without any of his assistance. I have 20 letters from his office and not one of them are actually signed by him, they were stamped with his signature. This should give you some indication of his regard for his clients.

Hired Attorney David Fahrenkamp

Mr. Fahrenkamp has a well known history for being extremely difficult to reach and return phone calls to other attorneys and his clients. He is so busy with a large case load that he came to court completely unprepared and lost my case completely. He ignored open pending motions for contempt of court. He becomes angry and beligerent with clients if you ask too many questions or want to have input into your own case. He does not followup on open items and does not manage the case at all.
