The other reviews indicating the poor communication are 100% accurate. Not only is the communication bad, but also noted in the other reviews he will drag the case out for years and run the cost up with no refund. I would not recommend using him, you will not get the time given to you that is needed with the work load he has taken on and he will admit to that after you pay your retainer. I am in a worse position now then when I hired him over 3 years

Deplorable services and false billing practices make Dave not at all worth the very high billing rate he demands. There are far better attorneys in the area at a much better rate.
Does not communicate with clients. Will not return phone call, emails or texts. Uses excuses that he is busy with other cases. Will send other people to represent you without telling you. Arrogant, lazy, not worth the money. Find a different lawyer.
After over a year of his representation I was billed $3+k and he still did not accomplish the child support modification I sought his assistance to complete. He over charged me and padded his billing on numerous occasions. I ended up reaching an agreement with my ex without any of his assistance. I have 20 letters from his office and not one of them are actually signed by him, they were stamped with his signature. This should give you some indication of his regard for his clients.
