You are stupid. There is nothing else to say. You had an accident, where you could not remove you vehicle, and you decided to follow that up with some drinking, and that sounds good to you. If it is a lie, I would put you out the military. If it is the truth, I would put you out the military, because your judgment sucks. Good luck.

How much time will one have for getting a third DUI on a suspended license?

Richard B. Jacobson
Answered by attorney Richard B. Jacobson (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Richard B. Jacobson Associates, LLC
In Wisconsin a third offense OWI carries mandatory jail time. The length of his sentence will depend on the blood alcohol content that was measured and the severity of his impaired driving. He can shorten the jail time by enrolling in a treatment program which he might benefit from for other reasons as well He needs a lawyer experienced in drunk driving defense. Good Luck. `

Are there two different tests for drugs and alcohol?

Answered by attorney Willie Stephen Graves (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Graves Law Firm
It's not a criminal offense to test positive for the pot metabolite on a drug test. Having the stuff in your system doesn't mean you were under its influence at the time you were stopped. You'll be making a mistake if you plead guilty to anything without legal counsel. Hire a lawyer, or if you can't pay ask for a court appointed lawyer.
