How will I know if I got arrested and charged for a DUI?

It can take several months to get the blood test back. Depending on the county, you will receive notice to appear in court or they will simply issue a warrant for your arrest. You might contact a local bondsman to be on the lookout for a warrant.

I got a DWI while driving my mother's vehicle and am not on the insurance, will it affect her insurance if I'm convicted?

The DUI should not have any impact on your mother's insurance unless you were in an accident. You will have to obtain insurance through your agent by way of an SR-22.

When will a minor loose the 0 tolerance infraction?

Your conviction will be on your DMV for 10 years. I don't know when your insurance will go down. That is up to your insurance company and it may be reduced slowly, not all at once.
