What do we do if they said they had no record of a DUI for him and of course he has no case number to go by but has court hearing scheduled?

I doubt it, but the DA may have decided not to charge the case. Have your son call or visit the DA's Office closest to where he was arrested.

Is there any way to have these tickets all addressed in one court with the possibility of reduction or removal for the length of time?

He needs to go into court with a public defender or private attorney. He may be able to get volunteer work instead of fines for some of the traffic tickets, not the DUI's.
