Is it possible to get my license back sooner after I complete alcohol rehabilitation? It is my first DUI and everything like fines and stuff.

Assuming you are over 21 and this is a first DUI conviction: Your license is suspended for 6 months. You can get a restricted license after 30 days of no driving if you are enrolled in the alcohol program, have a current SR-22 and pay a re-issue fee to the DMV. You can get your license fully reinstated after you complete the alcohol program and after the six months.

Is there a warrant out for my arrest if I got a DUI in March but didn't have money for a DUI program until now?

Normally, you would be required to sign up within about one week. You need to go back to court. You can probably get your case added back on to the calendar and not go into jail since you are bringing the issue to the court, not as a result of a new arrest. Contact your old attorney.

What happens if I fail an interlock test?

Answered by attorney Joshua James Price
DUI/DWI lawyer at Defending Rights Law Center
My understanding is that you will not be able to drive the car and that the fail is not reported to the Court or DMV.
