What can we do if the divorce decree states that you cannot have any sleepovers with the opposite sex unless blood related but we are already engaged?

You should consult with a family law attorney as soon as possible. That is a very unusual term to be in a divorce decree.

What is my fair share of property and financial support after having married only 3 years?

Answered by attorney Sabina Tomshinsky
Divorce lawyer at Home Town Law, P.A.
Generally, all marital assets and debts are subject to Florida's equitable distribution scheme. Your marriage is considered to be a short-term marriage where an award of spousal support is unlikely. It would really serve your interests to consult with a divorce attorney in your area for further guidance after an in-depth evaluation of all the pertinent factors. Good luck!

Can my husband make me leave his house?

Answered by attorney James T Weiner (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at James T. Weiner, P.C.
Contact an attorney immediately. He cannot simply throw you out of the house with minor children. but he can legally divorce you even over your objections (Michigan is a no-fault divorce state and no fault needs to be shown) Eventually he will need to pay child support... and I assume you are getting child support from the father of your first 2 kids so.. that will supplement your income.
