I was just over legal limit for dwai. No way was I accepting a dwai, a deferred judgement was only way I could keep my license due to speeding ticket I got the month prior. {para}I worked with a few attorneys trying to find one that I felt could get it deferred. They were all cowards and sketchy and being soft about fighting it. Danny Luneau had all the Moxy, experience, and confidence you need to win a case. The DA granted the deferred judgement, and I'm good to go to keep driving.
Danny was great! Especially considering I'm extremely young but he paid full attention to my case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
What a roller coaster and Charlie was right there with me the whole time. As we negotiated the ups and downs of motion hearings, supreme court rulings and finally the trial Charlie had his game face on the whole time. Charlie was so incredible in the court room that by the end the prosecution no longer believed their own witnesses. He showed up to win and win he did.
