Mr. Fife represented me in a particularly sensitive case. The expertise and aptitude with which he handled my DMV hearing was impeccable. His relentless cross-examination of the law enforcement officer was skillfully executed, and as a result, we won the action taken by the Colorado Department of Revenue under the express consent statute concerning revocation of my driving privileges. This meant I was able to retain my full driving privileges, and reinstate my driver’s license.
Danny did a great job. He fought really hard for me. It was a lengthy battle and he always took the time to answer questions pertaining to my case. I also think it was very much worth the money. I could have faced two years on probation within home arrest but instead, thanks to Danny ended up only being on probation for three months. He's great! Highly recommend!
Danny knows that the system is geared to get people into it and to get your money from you and he knows that they rush to arrest, rush to judgement and in the process make many mistakes when they fabricate their story of what you did. Then he picks them apart and shows the jury all those mistakes. Highly recommended.
