Hired Law Firm

The counselor recommended that I file to get my medical insurance back dated but then I find that it cost more than it was worth. It was a hassle to file old claims just to be denied or only receive less than a 1/3 of what was spent. I would have saved more not backdating. Then I get a bill months later for office and records for 300 dollars. The law firm made over 5k and did not do all that much at the hearing. I spoke and won my case. I don't believe they deserved the extra money.

They took a long time returning calls. Assumed you understood all the paperwork. If you asked questions they would answer however I always felt like they were in a hurry. They did a great job and the fee was reasonable I just never felt comfortable in their office.
