Kirk T. Bauer began the practice of law in DeLand, Florida, in 1985. He established the law firm of Bauer and Associates in 1992, representing local individuals and businesses. His core beliefs have always been that each client deserves to have an attorney who will give personal attention to the client's cases and will be well prepared. Bauer and Associates is committed to such beliefs and further has a philosophy of providing high quality legal services to its clients on a timely basis and at a reasonable cost. The attorneys at Bauer and Associates protect their clients through experience, preparation, education, and dedication. You hear that typically the probate process is grueling, time consuming, exhausting and frustrating, this was absolutely not the case with Jaclyn, she knows every aspect of it and did a fantastic job. They are the absolute best. I had a complicated probate case, due to my husband passing with out a will. Mr Bauer, Jaclyn and Tammy made this complicated situation go smoothly. They informed me of each step and walked thru it all with me. They returned every phone call and email. Jaclyn talked me thru my low points and assured me everything was ok. Very fair priced, excellect service. I will be forever greatful that I found you all. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My mother passed away unexpectedly. I had no idea how to handle her estate. After a few days of trying to do it alone I realized i needed professional help. I am not from the Deland area so I had no idea who to call that would not rip me off just because I was from out of state. I mentioned my dilemma to her neighbors and nurses that were caring for her and I got recommendations from 4 people that did not know each other to call Bauer and Associates. I'm glad I did because Jackie took over the needs of my mom's estate and put my mind at ease so I could concentrate on getting her house ready to sell. Jackie is very professional and can explain the process and what to expect very clearly. Without Bauer and Associates help I probably would have made some serious financial mistakes.

Bauer & Asssociates got us through probate quickly and easily. They did not waste any time. I am in another state so getting it done remotely was very important. The fee was more than fair. Mr. Bauer and his team made an extremely stressful situation easy. I had my mother in the hospital while trying to process the passing of my grandmother and handle her probate at the same time. Jaclyn was fantastic! She answered all of my questions, was in constant contact with me, and took such an enormous weight off my shoulders in the process. I would recommend anyone to utilize their expertise. I could not have asked for a better team to be in my corner during such a difficult time.
