Kirk T. Bauer began the practice of law in DeLand, Florida, in 1985. He established the law firm of Bauer and Associates in 1992, representing local individuals and businesses. His core beliefs have always been that each client deserves to have an attorney who will give personal attention to the client's cases and will be well prepared. Bauer and Associates is committed to such beliefs and further has a philosophy of providing high quality legal services to its clients on a timely basis and at a reasonable cost. The attorneys at Bauer and Associates protect their clients through experience, preparation, education, and dedication. Mr. Bauer took over my moms estate after the prior attorney retired midstream. I am thankful that he did. We found out that the prior attorney had messed up the probate pretty bad. Mr. Bauer's paralegal, Jaclyn, was amazing and helped me along the way and never got irritated with all my constant questions. I ended up using his office to prepare guardianships for me as well which we got taken care of very quickly. Once I sold my mom's house his title company staff handled that side of the puzzle. His office made the process as painless as possible for me and I couldn't be more grateful! Should I ever need legal assistance again I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Bauer and his team to help me.

Hired Attorney Kirk T. Bauer

I live in the Buffalo, New York area and was referred to Bauer & Associates as I have no real contacts in the Deland/Orlando area. Fortunately this was a good fit and the bulk of my association with this firm was with his Paralegal, Jacqlyn, who was very professional and able to finalize a very involved and lengthy probate situation. The fact that there has been resolution to this real estate fiasco I attribute to Bauer & Associates. This is and will be the highlight for me of this pandemic year of 2020.
