Kirk T. Bauer began the practice of law in DeLand, Florida, in 1985. He established the law firm of Bauer and Associates in 1992, representing local individuals and businesses. His core beliefs have always been that each client deserves to have an attorney who will give personal attention to the client's cases and will be well prepared. Bauer and Associates is committed to such beliefs and further has a philosophy of providing high quality legal services to its clients on a timely basis and at a reasonable cost. We had an unexpected death in the family so we were totally unprepared on the legal aspects. Our initial consultation gave us all the information we needed to start making informed decisions. Jaclyn was our main point of contact and any time we had a question, whether via phone or email, she responded quickly and accurately. Dealing with a death is never a pleasant experience but Bauer and Associates took the worry out of it.

My first encounter at Bauer and Associates was with the receptionist Jenny. She was very gracious, accommodating and knew immediately where to look for the answers to my questions. I had the privilege of working with Mr. Jeff Bauer and Mr. Glenn Nye. They both were very professional, knowledgeable and good at explaining anything about which I had a question. The paralegal, Ms. Diane Wardlow in particular, could not have been more responsive to my needs and worked diligently to prepare my documents . The office was beautifully and comfortably furnished. Was very lucky to be able to use Mr Bauer , we were recommended from someone in Illinois , another lawyer , it couldn’t have been any more painless . The estate was out of probate in record time and there fee was unheard of . Jackie as well was doing all the correspondence and it was such a pleasure to be able to feel like family with them in this unhappy time for our family . It truly was a great experience !!!
