Rion, Rion & Rion, L.P.A. Inc. is a law firm established in 1938 with an office in Dayton, OH. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing criminal law, felonies, misdemeanors and 13 other areas of law.
We were told by John Rion as well as his paralegal that he specifically would be handling the case. However, after the initial consultation, we never saw Rion again. The attorney that was assigned to our case refused to listen to any of our requests or to provide the service we paid for. He proceeded with his own agenda. I paid Rion $5000.00 to represent us. Because our case was not a high profile case and did not garner any publicity, we had little legal representation, approx 2 hrs worth.
They never communicate and charge tons of money and it seems like they are on the prosecuters side? They couldn't win a case for littering.I give them negative 5 stars. They ripped me off on my case and got me what i could of got with a public defender and let's not EVEN speak of how much they charged. If you want a good attorney hire Pratt in Troy.i hired them for John Rion and not some retard that works under him that don't know crap and acts like i was his enemy. What are they thinking. DO NOT hire them whatsoever because you will be sorry. Look up 5 star attorneys in Dayton and you will see Cordalus and that's who i should of hired. He returned my calls twice and wasn't even my attorney when rion n rion couldn't answer one call or return one. They are a sorry excuse for a law firm. PERIOD!!!!
John Paul Rion is a piece of crap he told me at our first meeting he would go Washington CH Ohio and devour them and win but all he did was keep telling my daughter she was going to prison he was out for nothing but money and sent a innocent girl to prison because he didn't get all his money I would never recommend anyone to him a life should be more important than money and when u are sworn to uphold the law and defend someone that's what u should do he never once called me or returned calls
Only in business for the fee. This is a very unethical firm. They are terrible at communication, once they get your money they do not return phone calls, letters, emails etc... They write nothing down, so if you have any problems with this firm, it is almost impossible to verify your claim.
