I was happily surprised by the firms willingness to work out a payment arrangement with us and how quickly the attorney was able to resolve the whole mess. They are a high profile company in our area and a family friend put us in touch with them.

At my initial consultation JP Rion listened to my story and said he though he could get it thrown out before a trial was needed. I gave him $4,500 and everything I could come up with to help exonerate myself. After we received discovery from the prosecution we got together to review the evidence and fill the gaps. When we got to the pretrial he did his thing and the charges were dismissed. I never even stepped foot into the courtroom.
If not for JP Rion Our outcome would have been so much worse. We hired him after another lawyer basically said there was nothing he could do. John stepped in and took over saving our son from serving a long prison sentence. Yes he is expensive but your child’s life is worth it! My only complaint is he doesn’t return phone calls. I would have to call repeatedly.
This firm defended me in a criminal case, then through appeal, state supreme court, and finally federal court. Once my federal appeal was denied, they stopped even taking my phone calls. They went through the motions as long as there was the possibility of future fees, but when the gravy train stopped, so did they.
